We will design with you “the solution” to suit the product and the results required and the environment it is being applied in.

Manufacture
We manufacture our own products in our Auckland factory including fans, burners, control cubicles, inlet & exhaust filtration, ductwork, floors and doors. All our booths have independently balanced centrifugal inlet fan impellors and all exhaust fans are axial Ex certified. Lights in Spraybooths, Prep booths, Prep bays, and Tint / mix room are LED 6000k for brightness and economical running costs. Booths that are heated are by LPG or Natural Gas via a stainless steel direct fire burner.

Delivery
Insulated panels delivered direct from the supplier.
All other products (manufactured by us) delivery by us at time of installation.

Done by our own dedicated, competent team of staff.
Commissioning by us
 
Certification.
Each installation is independently certified  (R.O.I.)
All Spraybooths, Prep Booths and Tint / mix rooms comply to AS/NZS 4114
 
Servicing
Annually by us (see servicing / compliance tab for when we are next in your area)
 
Breakdown
Rapid response by our team
Most problems can be fixed via a phone call.
All booth parts are available within  NZ with all electrical local to the installation area.
